With experience spanning Australia, the UK, Asia, the Middle East and South Africa, Freya brings deep expertise in residential development, project marketing and global buyer engagement. Prior to relocating to Australia, she led JLL’s International Residential business in London, working with developers on major projects across key international markets.

Hans is CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of StoreLocal, a Brisbane-based self-storage group with more than 45 locations nationally. After more than 15 years building the business, he led a recapitalisation in June 2025 via a majority sale to global asset manager BlackRock, positioning the group for its next phase of growth. StoreLocal has since scaled significantly, with enterprise value approaching $1 billion. Hans’ earlier career spans legal, funds management, investment banking and property development roles across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Cathy is Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee member for MA Financial’s Real Estate Credit platform, which invests in loans secured by Australian property. She has played a key role in scaling the platform from $200 million to $2.5 billion, establishing it as a lender of choice for developers. Her experience spans real estate finance, credit structuring, asset management and capital markets, with a focus on complex and structured transactions. Prior to MA Financial, Cathy held roles across advisory and banking, including Archerfield Partners, HSBC, RBS and NAB.

Professor Chris Knapp PhD RAIA is Research Director at Building 4.0 CRC and a registered architect. He leads research focused on transforming the construction sector through Modern Methods of Construction, including workforce capability, circular economy initiatives and regulatory reform to support off-site delivery. Chris also holds academic appointments at Monash University and Bond University.

Angela Bonnefin is the Founder and Director of Retail Strategy Group and a retail strategist specialising in mixed-use development. She has delivered more than 100 projects globally, focused on optimising retail performance through design, concept development, curation and delivery. Her work centres on creating high-performing, experience-led retail environments within broader precincts.

Professor Michael Milford FTSE is Director of the QUT Centre for Robotics and an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellow. A recognised leader in robotics and artificial intelligence, he is a Microsoft Research Faculty Fellow and Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering. His work focuses on advancing technologies including robotics, autonomous systems and AI.
