Anouk Darling is CEO of Scape and Chair of the Student Accommodation Council. A renowned brand builder with global experience, she led Scape’s $2.2b Urbanest integration. She also advises the Minister for Education and sits on multiple boards, recently named CEO Magazine’s 2024 CEO of the Year in Property.

Ross Pelligra is Chairman of Pelligra, leading transformative property and hospitality developments across Australia and internationally.
