Paul Hameister OAM is the Founder and Executive Chairman of leading Melbourne developer, Hamton Property Group, and the Founder of Nature Based Cities, a not-for-profit movement seeking to prioritise living landscape in our cities. With $4.5 billion in developments and elite global expeditions behind him, Paul is reshaping how we build—placing ancient wisdom and emotional connection to nature at the heart of future city-making.
Ron Dadd is Founder and Director (UK & Australia) of Third.i, a fast-growing property development and investment firm known for delivering innovative residential, commercial and care-sector projects. Backed by a strong track record and Ron’s expertise in financial strategy, Third.i is expanding globally—leveraging capital partnerships and visionary thinking to redefine property outcomes across Australia, the UK and beyond.
Andy Lantz is Creative Director at RIOS, leading multidisciplinary design that redefines workplace and public realm experiences. David Gallant leads Walker Corporation, building on Lang Walker AO’s legacy through major urban transformations including Parramatta Square and Collins Square. With 30 years of experience, David drives a $40 billion pipeline across Australia and Asia, delivering visionary, sustainable precincts and communities that shape cities and foster long-term partnerships.
Callum Fraser is the architect behind Fraser and Partners, engaged to deliver the design for The Mondrian Gold Coast. Renowned for his innovative, sustainable architecture, Callum brings a sharp commercial lens to high-level design. His work balances creativity with viability, making him a sought-after figure in Australia’s evolving urban landscape.
Anouk Darling is CEO of Scape and Chair of the Student Accommodation Council. A renowned brand builder with global experience, she led Scape’s $2.2b Urbanest integration. She also advises the Minister for Education and sits on multiple boards, recently named CEO Magazine’s 2024 CEO of the Year in Property.
Ross Pelligra is Chairman of Pelligra, leading transformative property and hospitality developments across Australia and internationally. Renowned for repurposing undervalued assets, Ross also spearheads sports infrastructure and team ownership, including Perth Glory and Catania FC. His visionary leadership continues to shape communities through innovation in property, hospitality, and sport.
