Known for iconic projects like Q1 and Palazzo Versace, he is also a philanthropist and advocate for ethical city-making, blending architecture with cultural, spiritual and social purpose.

Chris Vitale is the driving force behind Vitale Property Group, bringing more than two decades of delivery expertise. He led the development of the Mondrian Gold Coast Hotel, a landmark project that fuses hospitality with high-end design. Vitale’s strategic, hands-on approach ensures every project is commercially sharp, market-responsive, and built to last.

Jeremy McLeod is the founding director of Breathe Architecture, a Melbourne-based studio that use design as a weapon for good to build a better future. Jeremy is also co-founder of Nightingale Housing and Head of Partnerships at Goodbye Gas and believes that architects, through collaboration, can push industry and government to do better for a country in a housing and climate crisis.

Sally Capp AO served as Melbourne’s Lord Mayor from 2018 to 2024, steering the city through its most challenging chapter. Now CEO of Create Advisory, she brings deep experience in government, property and infrastructure. A former Agent-General and Property Council executive, Sally is a recognised leader in shaping future cities—locally and on the global stage.

Paul Hameister OAM is Founder of Hamton Property Group and co-founder of Nature Based Cities, a movement reconnecting urban communities with the natural world. With $4.5 billion in developments and elite global expeditions behind him, Paul is reshaping how we build—placing nature, ancient wisdom and emotional connection at the heart of sustainable, high-impact city-making.

Ron Dadd is Founder and Director (UK & Australia) of Third.i, a fast-growing property development and investment firm known for delivering innovative residential, commercial and care-sector projects. Backed by a strong track record and Ron’s expertise in financial strategy, Third.i is expanding globally—leveraging capital partnerships and visionary thinking to redefine property outcomes across Australia, the UK and beyond.

A fast-moving entrepreneur and humanitarian, Nick is driven by purpose—mentoring young leaders, supporting charities, and founding Contour3D to revolutionise construction. With a focus on 3D printing and automation, his mission is bold: to reduce homelessness and make housing more accessible through innovative, scalable building solutions.

Amy is co-director at Tzannes, bringing over 20 years’ experience delivering major projects in Australia and abroad. Since becoming director in 2021, she’s championed sustainable, place-specific design across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments—including Sydney’s York Street timber tower and the Circular Quay Renewal—shaping cities from fine detail to precinct scale.

Callum Fraser is the architect behind Fraser and Partners, engaged to deliver the design for The Mondrian Gold Coast. Renowned for his innovative, sustainable architecture, Callum brings a sharp commercial lens to high-level design. His work balances creativity with viability, making him a sought-after figure in Australia’s evolving urban landscape.

Geoff Gourley is a sustainability strategist and Founding Director of the Australian High Speed Rail Association. He led CLARA’s high-speed rail business case and now drives ESG and AI innovation through ESG&I and ChatESG™, advancing climate action, social impact, and sustainable urban development across Australia’s public and private sectors.

Letitia Vitale is a driving force behind Vitale Property Group, delivering market-defining residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects with precision. With over 20 years of experience, she blends commercial strategy with operational excellence. Letitia played a pivotal role in the development and delivery of The Mondrian Gold Coast, one of Australia's most anticipated hotels. She leads with instinct, shaping projects that outperform through design, experience-led partnerships, and long-term asset control—ensuring every development is built to lead.

Peter Edwards is an award-winning architect, urbanist, and founding director of Archipelago, with over 30 years shaping Australia’s cities through architecture and urban design. A thought leader and TEDx alumnus, Peter spearheaded the proposal for the Vic Park Olympic Stadium. He continues to influence city-making through advocacy, advisory roles, and bold, future-focused design leadership.

Justin Butterworth is the Founder at Snug, a housing platform who’s mission is to create a place everyone can call home by making renting easier and offering innovative property ownership solutions. Founded in 2017, Snug’s leasing software is used by 1000s of real estate agencies, BTR and community housing providers and over 1.7 million renters.

Natalie Rayment is a multi-award-winning town planner and co-founder of YIMBY QLD, championing positive development and the global goal of ‘housing for all’. A respected voice in planning, she brings deep expertise in statutory processes and expert witness advice. Natalie is a trusted industry thought leader, public speaker, and advocate for smarter, more inclusive cities.

Andrew Deveson is an award-winning construction leader with two decades of experience delivering high-quality education, commercial, and large-scale residential projects. With a civil engineering background and a focus on innovative D&C methodologies, Andrew oversees major builds at Kapitol Group—guiding projects from concept to completion with precision, performance, and a reputation for excellence.

Felicity is shaping the future of cities through people-first design. As Managing Director at NH Architecture, Felicity’s leadership is underpinned by a belief that thoughtful design can create a healthy and equitable future. NH Architecture recently delivered the Tarakan Street Social and Affordable Housing project—creating a new model for community living focused on connection, sustainability, and dignity.

Chris Ferris is the co-founder of Coposit, a proptech tackling housing affordability by enabling buyers to secure property with $10k and interest-free weekly payments. A Chartered Accountant with 10+ years in property and finance, he previously co-founded Civic Properties, delivering 500+ apartments across NSW.
